RentSpace Malaysia is a property marketing and enquiry coordination platform. Listings are subject to review but users must still independently verify property details, ownership, identity and transaction terms.

Owner submissions

You must be authorised to market the property and provide accurate information. A one-time code permits one submission only and does not guarantee publication. We may edit for clarity, request evidence, reject or remove a listing.

Enquiries and transactions

The platform does not guarantee availability or suitability. Do not transfer deposits or fees until you have verified the property and the person handling the transaction through appropriate channels.

Team descriptions

Noah is presented as Marketing & Platform Operations. Derrick is presented as Client Relations / Property Enquiries. The site does not represent Noah as a registered real estate negotiator and does not claim credentials that are not displayed.

Acceptable use

Do not submit fraudulent listings, scrape private details, impersonate another person, spam users or attempt to bypass access controls.
